When you have chosen which item/s you would like to purchase, before you make any payment, please contact us to make sure it is in stock and state which country you are from so that we can advise on any postage or shipping costs.

You can email us (preferable) or telephone/text-if you phone from abroard please bear in mind the time differences, we will then contact you as soon as we can to confirm and answer any other queries that you may have. Thank you.

IMPORTANT

Postage and packing
.  This will be calculated on an individual basis.  All items sent to UK addresses will be sent by Signed For Special Delivery with no exceptions.  All items will be insured, however, we cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.  In the unfortunate event of either of these occuring we will help in any way with a file for compensation, but ultimately we are not liable for the loss or the cost of any items sent.

The above also applies for items posted to the rest of the world with the use of International Signed For postage.

We would estimate that the majority of international packages will take 5-7 days

Insurance: all items dispatched will be fully insured, however, if you require your own additional insurance, you must arrange this prior to us dispatching the item.


Customs and Duty charges for overseas buyers: it is advisable to check with your own authority if any levies are due as any problems or disapointments will be out of our control.

Watch guarantees.  Your watch guarantee will be dated from the first date of dispatch and not the earlier date of order.

The guarantee covers against mechanical fault. this does not include the following:

-Overwinding of the mainspring

-Backwinding whilst changing the time

-Submersion in water

-Willfull damage and abuse

-Rough, overvigorous or sporting activities

N.B. if treated with care and respect a vintage watch will offer many years of loyal service.  It is recomended that you have your watch serviced every 1-2 years depending on how often you use it, and dismantled and cleaned every3-5 years

Returns policy.  We will only accept returns if:

-Goods are not as described;

-Goods are damaged in transit.

-Goods have more points of damage, if any, than has been originally described.

We check each piece thoroughly prior to dispatch and retain a full set of photographs of all items sold.

N.B.  when purchasing rings please check your finger size prior to ordering.
