19thC Sampson Sevres style porcelain box. Lovely hand painted and gilded hard
paste porcelain box by Edme Sampson of Paris. The mount unusually has the Samson "S" mark stamped on the catch,
the base is marked with an imitation Sevres mark. The metal mount is naturally aged and the general condition of the
piece is very good with no damage.
